PERRY POLLACI
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Pollaci did not choose a career in the culinary arts; the career chose him. With a long family history deeply intertwined with the food world, Perry has a lifelong passion for cooking.
A New York native, Pollaci grew up in restaurant world, pitching in to help out with his parents’ restaurants at a young age. As early as age 12, he found himself bussing tables, dabbling in dish washing, and even prepping ingredients for mise en place, often taking cues from his grandfather, who himself was a chef.
Perry found himself working with some of New York City’s most renowned chefs, including Michael Mina, Richard Farnabe, Caesar Ramirez, John Johnson, and Geoffrey Zakarian.
Most recently, Perry was the Executive Chef at The Royce at the iconic Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena and Firefly, a staple spot in Studio City. Perry enjoys spending time with his wife and their one-year-old son and their awesome cat.

Chef Perry works with each client and guest to create personalized menus for each event, be it an elegant tasting menu to a casual barbeque. Each menu provides a tailored culinary experience suited to your event's theme, guests preferences, dietary restrictions, and special occasions.

CHARITY & NON-PROFIT WORK
The goal of the Dinner of Champions is to raise $2 million for direct services for 104,000 touched by MS in the Southern California & Nevada chapter area; and for research into better treatments and a cure.
Chef Perry was invited to design a Supper Club for international food & photography event Slideluck. The sold-out evening benefited local after school arts programs in the LA area.
The Art of Elysium's mission is to bring joy and creativity to children in hospitals and institutions, Chef Perry has worked with them in various capacities as a volunteer artist since 2010.
