From Rustic to Refined

Chef Perry Pollaci, is busy assembling a cook book that bridges rustic fare with refined cuisine.  He is excited to share recipes developed over the length of his career in New York City, South Hampton, Paris, and of course Southern California. With stunning images and thoughtful descriptions, Chef Perry will be finalizing his first published works since the birth of his son.  The book will also include a section on baby food as well.  After all, it's never too early to start refining your palate.  We hope you subscribe to Chef Perry's newsletter, which will let you know about special events and release dates associated with this new publication.  Until then, you can catch Chef Perry at Firefly, "the closest thing to a modern day secret garden in L.A.
